Child Care

Children are a gift from God and a treasure entrusted to us. At Grace Church, we are blessed with excellent teachers and care givers at all ages; nursery through the elementary. Elementary age children remain in our worship service through the first part of our service including announcements, worship songs, offering, special music, communion, child dedications, etc.  They are generally dismissed at the beginning of the sermon to attend children’s church/ Sunday school.

We have implemented a screening process including background checks for all child care personnel. We maintain staffing of two adults/ room minimum. Our children’s safety is of primary importance to us.

Nursery is available for ages 0-4 during the worship service.

Currently we are combining Sunday school into our church time teaching. Children 3 years old through 6th grade are welcome.

We have a children’s church/Sunday school during the sermon for                    3 years – 6th grade.
We are using a Sunday School curriculum from Desiring God Ministries materials for this teaching. This curriculum teaches who God is, what He is like, and what our response should be. It is chronological, especially in the younger classes, and teaches doctrine and theology as well as the way of salvation.
